* For Terminal 3, Arrivals level at Post 37 OR Post 13 (which ever you are closer to)
Please call us at 416-637-7000 so we can send out the shuttle to pick you up at one of the above mentioned spots.
***FURTHERMORE - Our Shuttle runs from 0400hrs every morning and through out the day till 0200hrs the following Morning - from 0400hrs from the hotel - every half an hour till midday when we do run every hour on the hour till 6PM and then back to every half an hour till close - this service will be arranged by our front desk staff on request. Calls on arrival will get our shuttle driver for pick up at the designated spots - a wait for the driver will be required - as he cannot wait at the airport we need to be called as and when you are ready for pick up only. LASTLY - If a guest does require Transport between 0200hrs and 0400hrs - since our shuttle is not running between these times, guests will be required to make their own arrangements at their own expense, We are sorry we will not be able to assist at this time.
